In the affidavit she said her brother-in-law Relu Ram and other family members were killed as part of a conspiracy hatched by outsider.
It claims that Relu Ram had many inter-family disputes with his relatives, but no probe has been carried out. "I had met Sonia few days before the incident when she had bought a watch for her mother. She seemed to be in a very upbeat mood and was cherishing every moment with her parents. When the incident took place Sonia and Sanjeev were made an accused without exploring other possibilities. I was sure they couldn't have done it but kept quite because the magnitude of the incident frightened and shook them."
However, Ram Singh Punia, brother of Relu Ram Punia, said the case had been investigated and there was nothing left in it.
